  • $25/hr
Schedule :
Three 10 hour shifts and one 8 hour shift / week. Assigned shift will be consistent throughout contract, there is one rotating weekend shift. Morning Shift (10 Hours): 5:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM (6:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM on weekend shift) 1 worker: Sunday
  • Wednesday Evening Shift (10 Hours): 12:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM 1 worker: Wednesday
  • Saturday 1 worker: Sunday
  • Wednesday Day Shift (8 Hours): 10:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM 1 worker: Monday
  • Friday with rotating weekends
Job Summary:
Monitors, dispatches and loads balance work orders to field personnel. Responds to requests on information and provides communication between customer service representatives and field personnel.
Essential Functions:
Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead request for field technicians. Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders. Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders Resolves scheduling concerns between the company's Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results. Acts as liaison between the company, customers, state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation.
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Experience :
Requires 1
  • 3 year experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system and at least one year experience in/or supporting gas distribution operations or 1
  • 3 year of equivalent dispatching experience.
