Descriptions & requirements Job Description Dispatch Center Coordinators are critical to our success at Frito Lay! Our Dispatch Center Coordinators are responsible for all the inbound and outbound duties for the Frito Lay Frankfort, IN Traffic Center with regards to deliveries and loads arriving and departing the site. Although you will start out as a Dispatch Center Coordinator for Frito-Lay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing: As drivers enter the premise, record information into yard management system Coordinate and delegate outbound load information Assist driver in locating correct trailer Complete all required paperwork to document inbound and outbound information This is a small team, so be prepared to work on your own or with another coordinator during your shift. Attendance is important! We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. The schedule for this role is flexible and will change week to week depending on the coverage needed. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here are the minimum qualifications of this job: You are at least 18 years of age or older You have basic computer skills You are able to work on some holidays and weekends You are able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces with or without reasonable accommodations Our application takes 15-20 minutes to finish on any device.
