What You Will Do (The Strategic Puzzle) Master the
Board:
You aren't just slotting appointments. You will use capacity planning to balance demand calls and maintenance visits, ensuring we match the right technician to the right call based on skill, geography, and opportunity.
Look Ahead:
You will manage today's calls while keeping a sharp eye on the week ahead, adjusting schedules dynamically as the weather and demand shift. Drive the
Schedule:
When the weather is extreme, you will calmly handle high-volume incoming service requests. When the weather is mild, you will shift gears seamlessly, making 50+ outbound calls a day to schedule maintenance memberships and keep our technicians' trucks fully booked.
Tech & Parts Liaison:
You will communicate constantly with our 6 field technicians, tracking their parts requests, ordering components, and managing critical follow-up appointments to ensure no customer falls through the cracks. What It Takes to

You can handle a fast-paced environment when the heat (or cold) is on, without losing your cool or your attention to detail.
Proactive Grit:
You don't get bored when the phones stop ringing; you see it as an opportunity to hit the phones, make outbound calls, and build the schedule.
Critical Thinking:
You understand logistics. You can think three steps ahead to prevent overbooking while maximizing daily efficiency.
Flawless Communication:
Clear, professional verbal and written communication is non-negotiable. You represent our brand to customers and are the anchor for our field team.
