Life Insurance Supplemental policies 401K after 1 year of employment Role and Responsibilities Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks Organized driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls Verifies Bills of Ladings Build loads in McLeod. Must be able to assist with HOS and ELD compliance. Assist with tracking & recording. Ensure Yard Checks are complete. Update McLeod with Driver & Truck information daily Complete E-manifest requirements as needed. Develop reports as needed. Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed. Manage Relationships with driver. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements Strong communication skills, proficient English, telephone skills, strong computer skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking, be dependable and have strong time management skills.
