This person will help keep shipments, communication, and dock activity moving smoothly. KCKS area What You'll Be Doing Greet and check in truck drivers upon arrival. Schedule inbound and outbound pickups and deliveries. Computer savvy and comfortable with Windows Answer phones and respond promptly to customer emails. Keep customers updated on shipments, pickups, delays, and schedule changes. Maintain accurate records, including driver check-ins, orders, and customer notes. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders ship accurately and on time. Respond to questions, resolve routine issues, and support smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For Friendly and approachable with strong customer-service skills. Able to stay organized and calm in a busy, fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Strong communication skills by phone, email, and text. Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehousing, shipping, dispatch, or logistics. Experience checking in drivers or working around a loading dock.
