Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and support our field service technicians. This position works closely with customers, technicians, the Service Department, and Parts to keep repairs scheduled, communicated, and completed efficiently. Responsibilities Receive customer service calls and emails and dispatch field service technicians. Open and manage work orders and service calls in the company business system. Coordinate technician schedules, workloads, and approved repair work. Provide technicians with repair history, warranty information, customer details, and other information needed for service calls. Communicate service timelines, updates, and repair information to customers. Review technician work orders and paperwork to help keep invoicing and work-in-process moving. Coordinate warranty work and assist with preparing and tracking warranty claims. Manage preventive maintenance scheduling and help plan efficient technician routes. Coordinate with the Parts Department regarding parts availability and repair scheduling. Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction and assist with other Service Department needs. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required. Two-year college or technical certificate, or at least five years of related experience and/or training, preferred. Valid driver's license required. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Schedule Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
