Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Driving Role in Carrollton, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatcher at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This is a driving post. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying information to site contacts and/or emergency services, and helping to coordinate timely follow-up. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records related to incidents, personnel activity, vehicle movement, and other security-related operations at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing site conditions and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
