We are a well-established and growing trucking company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to manage daily operations and support our drivers. This position is in-person at our Crowley, LA location and requires participation in a mandatory on-call rotation.

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM On-call rotation required (nights & weekends)•extra compensation provided

Compensation:

$40,000•$45,000 annually, based on experience Additional pay for on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch drivers and manage daily schedules Coordinate routes, pickups, and deliveries Monitor driver progress and respond to delays or issues Communicate with drivers and customers Handle after-hours calls and operational issues during on-call rotation Track loads, delivery times, and documentation Ensure proper equipment is assigned to loads Scheduling maintenance on equipment with in-house maintenance team Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations

Qualifications:

Previous dispatch or trucking logistics experience preferred Ability to participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
