Hospital Security Position Description:
The Dispatcher is responsible for operating multiple position telephone switchboards to relay incoming calls and performs miscellaneous organization communications and clerical duties. This position answers incoming calls and basic questions, transfers calls to extensions, and responds to emergency and non-emergency situations as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in switchboard operations is preferred. 2. Able to speak English in clear and understandable manner.
