Job Summary Field Supervisors / Field Dispatchers At Yankee Line, we don't just move passengers we deliver exceptional experiences. Whether supporting major shuttle programs, special events, transit operations, or VIP transportation, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every service is delivered with precision and professionalism. Our field operations team is the face of our brand professionals who are safety-focused, customer-obsessed, and ready to take on a wide variety of opportunities. What You'll Do:
Provide on-site management for large-scale shuttles, special events, transit projects, and other transportation services. Coordinate with clients, internal management, and drivers to deliver a seamless transportation experience. Monitor field operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact service. Provide real-time support to drivers, including route guidance, schedule adjustments, and operational assistance. Maintain exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and passengers on site.
Qualifications:
A flexible, dependable professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. A commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service excellence. Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or customer-facing operations is preferred. Class A or Class B CDL with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements is preferred, but not required. Candidates willing to obtain their CDL are encouraged to apply. Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight or on-call assignments, as our operation serves customers 24/7. Why Yankee Line?
