Lowell Fleet Maintenance and Towing, a heavy-duty towing and repair shop, is looking for a Receptionist/Dispatcher to join the team. This is a high-demand, fast-paced job that requires someone who is an expert multi-tasker and can work under pressure. This position frequently involves answering multiple phone lines, keeping an ear to other conversations in the room, and being spoken to by people often all at the same time. This role is part time and intended to assist the lead dispatcher with all dispatch, towing, and shop operations and report directly to the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations throughout the morning and poise the team for a successful afternoon. Approximate predicted schedule is

M-F 7-12.
