Dispatcher /Scheduling Coordinator Hours:
9 AM- 5 PM, Monday-Friday (Full Time)
Location:
304 W. Patrick Street, Frederick, MD What You'll Own in This Role The daily technician schedule and dispatch board Technician productivity and routing efficiency Accuracy of job information before technicians arrive Communication flow between customers and field technicians What This Role Requires Consistent use of email and digital systems throughout the day Managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Making quick decisions in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatching of technicians Take ownership of the schedule and ensure technicians are set up for success Identify gaps in the schedule and keep the board full and moving Help maintain technician production goals Reduce downtime and keep technicians consistently moving between jobs Serve as the central point of communication between customers, technicians, and the shop Answer phones, manage emails, and create accurate work orders Support walk-in customers while maintaining flow of operations Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real time Assist with follow-ups and general administrative tasks Maintain organized and accurate systems to support daily operations What Success Looks Like After 90 Days The schedule runs smoothly without constant oversight Technicians are consistently productive and moving efficiently Job information is clear, accurate, and complete Communication between customers, technicians, and the shop is seamless Employment Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening (required for licensing compliance) Professional communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Pay & Benefits We believe in investing in our team's success: Performance-based pay: $15- 25/hour (higher for experienced candidates) Opportunity for increased compensation based on performance and impact 3 weeks paid time off annually Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Training and tools provided Growth potential into operations and leadership roles Final Note If you take ownership, stay organized under pressure, and want to be part of a team that values efficiency and growth—we want to hear from you.
