This is a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist position with a schedule Monday - Friday (no weekends), 10-19 visits / week. The details:
This is a busy, fast paced Home Health rehabilitation team which provides Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology services to the community. The ideal candidate:
Is someone who is excited to join a thriving and energetic team Is someone who loves to continue their education and learn more to better serve their patients Is someone who believes that patients deserve One on One care with a highly trained clinician Is someone who values a lifelong relationship with patients and who can provide therapy services across the lifespan The requirements: Degree from an accredited school approved by CAA Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology in Maryland Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Has one (1) year Home Health clinical experience preferred, but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence Experience with documentation utilizing EMR The responsibilities: Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, will deliver quality speech services according to treatment plans Documenting progress toward identified objectives Provide accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR platform Conducting patient and family education Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication Superb Customer Service Excellence The benefits: Comprehensive benefit package, depending on employment status such as: Sign-on Bonus Eligible!
