Job Overview
ASPIRE LOGISTICS
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized DSP Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the efficient movement of delivery and vans within our logistics network. In this vital role, you will serve as the central communication hub, ensuring timely dispatching of drivers and vehicles, maintaining seamless internal communication, and adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will help optimize supply chain operations, improve customer satisfaction, and support our commitment to excellence in road transportation management. Duties Coordinate daily dispatching activities for drivers, and vehicles using transportation management systems and vehicle dispatch software. Monitor GPS to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries. Manage incoming phone calls through multi-line phone systems, providing clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Input and update data accurately into logistics platforms such as DSP Workplace, Netradyne cameras and payroll platforms. Coach and teach drivers Experience Proven experience in road transportation operations or logistics dispatching within a fast-paced environment. Strong familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Demonstrated understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards governing freight transportation. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on professional phone call management and customer service excellence.
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
