Toyota Shop Dispatcher Full Time- Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 5

PM Salary:

$50,000 to $75,000 per year Lee Auto Malls Toyota in Topsham is looking for a Shop Dispatcher to join our busy service department. If you have strong automotive knowledge or experience, good communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to talk to you! Apply TODAY! As the shop dispatcher, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of service work through the shop.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with the service advisors to ensure accurate and timely customer communication Dispatch and assign repair orders to technicians according to skill level Manage time effectively between service advisors and service techs Complete a dispatch log daily

Requirements:

Automotive experience/knowledge Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication skills Dealership experience is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
