Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Dispatcher Trucking to join our logistics team. In this role, you will coordinate the movement of freight and manage transportation operations to ensure timely deliveries and efficient fleet management. You'll serve as the vital link between drivers, customers, and internal departments, keeping everything running smoothly in a busy transportation environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excels at multitasking while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities Plan and assign routes for freight delivery using transportation management systems and vehicle dispatch software. Monitor GPS and GIS data to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations. Communicate with drivers via multi-line phone systems and internal communication tools to provide support and updates throughout the day. Manage shipping & receiving schedules, coordinate freight pickups and drop-offs, and handle related data entry tasks accurately. Maintain strong customer service by providing timely updates to clients regarding delivery statuses and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with logistics teams to improve supply chain efficiency, utilizing analysis skills to identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure adherence to road transportation operations standards, safety protocols, and internal policies related to fleet management. Requirements Experience with transportation planning, dispatching, or logistics in a supply chain environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or Vehicle Dispatch Software. Knowledge of

GIS, GPS

technology, DOT regulations, and shipping & receiving procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel for data entry and analysis tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills—both phone etiquette and internal communication—to coordinate efficiently across teams. Ability to work with multi-line phone systems and handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Pay:
