Service Professor is excited to expand our team with the addition of a dedicated Dispatcher . As a key member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between our technicians and customers. Dispatch the right technician to the right job to maximize every opportunity Resolve client concerns in a timely manner with 5-star quality customer service Communicate between the technicians, clients, and department managers to ensure everyone is communicated with efficiently Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for management Serve as an integral link in establishing customer rapport, converting clients into customers for a lifetime Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatch of incoming orders Provide timely updates to customers throughout the day on the technicians progress What Does It Take? 2 years of scheduling experience, home services experience preferred Ability to type at least 35 wpm Demonstrated capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment Pass a drug screen and background check Strong interpersonal communication skills Intermediate computer and telecommunication skills Capacity to learn Service Professor's business systems
