Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator Now hiring a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator in Duluth, GA, with shift hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. This role offers a pay rate of $21.00 - $23.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals with experience in logistics, dispatch, customer service, and data entry. You will process paperwork, update shipment statuses, enter billing and operational data into TMS and WMS systems, and assist with routing and customer requests, ensuring seamless logistics flow.Pay Rate:
$21.00-$23.00/hourAvailable Shift Times:
8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor driver activities within assigned territories Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and issues Assist customers with shipment needs and documentation Update shipment and delivery status information Process driver paperwork and billing information accurately Organize driver manifests for scheduled trips Support routing activities and operational tasks as assigned Enter inbound, outbound, and storage data into TMS and WMS systems Support customer requests received via phone, fax, or email Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in data entry, dispatch, logistics, or supply chain At least 2 years in customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills a plus Experience with TMS and WMS systems preferred Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Find your next opportunity with Integrity!
