Dispatcher / Load Planner - Join Our Trucking Team! Are you organized, fast-thinking, and ready to keep freight moving efficiently across the country? We're looking for a Dispatcher / Load Planner to join our team and play a critical role in daily operations. Position Overview As a Dispatcher / Load Planner, you'll be responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with drivers, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maximizing efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Plan, assign, and dispatch loads to drivers Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support Optimize routes to improve fuel efficiency and time management Communicate with brokers, customers, and drivers Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems Resolve issues quickly (delays, breakdowns, scheduling conflicts) Qualifications Experience in trucking dispatch or logistics (preferred but not required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (dispatch/load board systems a plus) Knowledge of DOT regulations is a bonus What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive team environment Stable, full-time position Schedule Full-time—On-site - Monday-Friday Apply Today! Job Requirements:

Wage Range:

40000.00 - 60000.00 per year
