About the Position As a Dispatcher, you'll coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and our Experts, and make sure every service call runs as efficiently as possible. You'll work closely with our Customer Service Representatives, management, and field Experts to create a seamless experience for our customers. This is much more than answering phones—it's about thinking ahead, solving problems, and keeping the day running smoothly. Essential Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently. Coordinate daily schedules for our HVAC and Plumbing Experts. Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates. Monitor routes and adjust schedules as priorities change. Work closely with Customer Service Representatives and office staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate job information in our dispatch software. Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally. Handle scheduling conflicts with confidence and professionalism. Anticipate issues before they become problems and provide solutions. Support management with administrative tasks as needed. Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call to job completion.
