Daytime Weekend Call Taker

Come join our Team at Collins Brothers Towing of St. Cloud, Inc at our St Cloud Office. We are hiring for openings on our call-taker team. We are looking for Weekend Day Shifts We are seeking call-takers We are rapidly growing and need help! Taking calls for our companies around the state of MN The successful candidate should possess the following skills, but not limited to:

• Great customer service skills
• A general concern for others wellbeing
• Answering customer service calls
• Organize, coordinate, schedule and dispatch work according to urgency, and location
• Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
• Able to problem solve
• Knowledge of basic office programs
• A general understanding of the automotive (and/or) towing industry
• General office assistance, including processing needed paperwork for sales of vehicles, processing data in various programs needed, etc.
• Ability to work in a team environment Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to function effectively and courteously under pressure.
• Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a dispatch environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
