Job Description
Bring your dispatch expertise to a high-impact, fast-paced transportation operation serving customers across multiple states. In this Dispatcher opportunity in St. Cloud, Minnesota, you'll help keep aggregate and heavy-haul operations moving efficiently while strengthening communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Dispatcher position include: 7+ years of relevant trucking, dispatching, transportation, or closely related experience preferred. Experience dispatching trucks in a commercial trucking environment is strongly preferred. Coordinate and manage daily truck dispatching activities. Maintain consistent communication with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Respond quickly to scheduling changes, customer needs, driver issues, and other operational challenges. Help keep trucks and transportation operations moving efficiently with strong operational discipline. Use multiple technology platforms and tools to coordinate and manage operations. Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution, supporting customer retention and relationships.
Salary:
$75,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits:
