Monday - Friday (Overtime as necessary) Join Our Team! Huskey Bus Service is seeking a highly organized, dependable Dispatcher to help coordinate daily charter operations and support our professional driving team. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as on-call support for operational needs and emergencies Assign charters to drivers and communicate schedules and updates Print and distribute driver orders for all charters Map routes and ensure compliance with Hours of Service regulations Coordinate charter itineraries with customers (parking, tolls, hotels, logistics) Book hotel rooms and arrange rental vehicles when needed Coordinate preventive maintenance and vehicle repairs with shop personnel Manage bus rescues or replacements to maintain uninterrupted service Coordinate daily vehicle cleaning priorities Maintain and confirm driver schedules, time-off requests, and exchanges Send daily reminders to drivers for upcoming charters Order fuel as needed for fleet operations Document accidents, incidents, and operational concerns Assist with accident and incident investigations Ensure full charter coverage during emergencies or driver cancellations Address and document vehicle performance concerns Drive company vehicles when requested (with proper licensing) Perform additional duties as assigned Compliance & Safety Maintain compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations Monitor Hours of Service requirements Ensure all charter and vehicle requirements are met What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and respond quickly in time-sensitive situations Professional demeanor with drivers, staff, and customers Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Availability for on-call responsibilities Valid CDL (preferred for driving assignments when needed) If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy coordinating logistics that keep people safely on the road, we'd love to hear from you!
