Dispatcher:

Dispatch & Transportation Coordination Assign and coordinate trips to drivers to ensure efficient and timely service Monitor active trips and transportation operations in real time Communicate schedule updates, trip information, and service changes to drivers Ensure passengers are picked up and transported according to company standards Respond promptly to service interruptions and operational challenges Coordinate resources to maintain consistent service coverage Work closely with drivers and management to resolve transportation-related issues Driver & Customer Support Serve as the primary communication link between drivers, passengers, and management Provide drivers with trip details, routing information, and operational assistance Address driver questions and support day-to-day operational needs Professionally handle customer inquiries and service requests Assist in resolving transportation concerns to ensure a positive customer experience Maintain a high level of customer service through clear communication and timely follow-up Administrative Support Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip details, and operational documentation Monitor daily service activity and operational performance Support reporting, data entry, and scheduling functions Assist management with daily operational objectives and service goals Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes and service efficiency Ensure company procedures and dispatch protocols are followed consistently What We're Looking For as a

Dispatcher:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, customer service, call center operations, or a related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, transportation management systems, or scheduling platforms is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism Why Join zTrip?
