Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Special Projects Dispatcher to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a variety of operational projects, coordinating tow-related tasks, completing inspections, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates effectively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or project coordination is preferred, but we welcome candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Tow/Inspection Coordination:
Schedule and dispatch towing services as needed for vehicles. Communicate with drivers, tow companies, and customers to confirm details. Track tow arrivals, pick ups, and deliveries to ensure timeliness. Document tow activity in company systems for accurate record keeping.
General Support:
Monitor open service tickets and follow through until completion. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate when necessary. Support cross-department coordination to keep vehicles moving efficiently. Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate rates when applicable.
