TForce Medical Logistics, the leader in providing mission critical medical logistics support & services to local hospital groups and national diagnostics laboratories, pharmacies, and medical equipment suppliers, is searching for professional, intelligent, and responsible individuals to work in its National Medical Command Center located in St. Louis, MO (West County). 3 Full-Time Openings Position 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Sat 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM |

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Receive, enter, and monitor incoming requests & inquiries from Company's medical customers and assign to appropriate vendor
  • Assist in facilitating on time pickups & deliveries and exception & escalate service issues appropriately
  • Update Company's various operating systems with real-time service updates and appropriately document issues
  • Communicate directly with Company's vendors & customers regarding jobs updates and delays thru a variety of different methods
  • Review, update, and distribute various customer reports
  • Assist Company's vendor network by providing additional job details including driving directions, updated shipping manifests or other relevant information
  • Audit and save various shipment manifests including route sheets, packing slips, air bills and other related documents
  • Monitor and track commercial and cargo flights and assist in pre-booking alternate flights
  • Various other related duties and projects as requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to work under stressful situations while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and delivering superior customer service
  • Demonstrate customer service skills such as active listening, professionalism, and kindness
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while completing a variety of different tasks
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry and computer skills including a working knowledge of a variety of computer programs including, Microsoft Office and Dispatch Operating Systems or CRM
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude even during stressful situations.
  • Knowledge and prior experience receiving, and dispatching calls is a plus
  • Thrives working with others and has a team mentality
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2-3 years prior Dispatch or Call Center experience in transportation or logistics preferred
  • Associate degree or some college hours preferred but not required
HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
  • Hours may vary dependent upon scheduling needs of the department
  • Must be willing to work some holidays
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive hourly rate
