Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our growing roll-off dumpster company. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily routes, communicating with drivers, and ensuring timely delivery and pickup of dumpsters for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for dumpster deliveries, swaps, and pickups Communicate with drivers throughout the day to adjust routes as needed Answer customer calls and provide scheduling, pricing, and service information Enter and manage orders in dispatch software or spreadsheets Track job completion and ensure all services are completed on time Handle customer issues or service changes professionally and efficiently Coordinate with drivers, customers, and management to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, scheduling systems, etc.) Knowledge of local areas/routes is a plus Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Work Schedule:
Monday•Friday (some weekends may be required) 7:00 AM•4:00
PM Pay & Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance, paid time off, bonuses, etc.
Pay:
$18.00•$21.00 per hour
