What We Do We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home's plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems. The Big Task You will schedule installation/service jobs and help prepare the team so they can accomplish the highest quality installations, every time. You are the glue that holds the installation department together. Key Sub Tasks Maintain communication with office team, your manager, the parts department and the installation team. Contact the customers to schedule the installation or repairs. Properly complete paperwork and keep projects organized. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Desired Skills and Experience Experience taking phone calls and entering information into a computer Great at multitasking, organizing and strategizing to help customers and team members.
