This position plays a critical role in coordinating our fleet of water trucks serving customers throughout Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently to meet customer needs. Monitor truck locations and driver availability throughout the day. Communicate with customers, field personnel, and drivers to ensure timely service. Manage scheduling changes and respond quickly to operational issues. Maintain accurate dispatch records. Work closely with operations, maintenance, and management to maximize fleet productivity. Ensure drivers comply with company policies, DOT regulations, and customer requirements. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, professional attitude. Qualifications Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or oilfield experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with dispatch software is a plus. Knowledge of Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota oilfield operations is

preferred. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
