We are immediately expanding our provider network in Charlotte and surrounding areas, including Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, and Union County. Your Role Options:

Field Operations:

Travel to service locations to provide hands-on assistance.

Dispatch Operations:

Manage incoming service requests and coordinate provider assignments (ideal for those with strong logistical/communication skills). What You'll Do (Field):

Jump starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery (entry-level support provided).

Specialized Services:

Vehicle lockouts and advanced equipment handling (high-earning opportunities for experienced techs).
