Job Description

As a Service Dispatcher for National Accounts at Door Systems ASSA ABLOY, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of service requests and the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for managing service requests, dispatching technicians and subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication channels to meet service level agreements. Dispatch Services:
Efficiently allocate service requests to field based on their skills, location, and availability. For Nationwide service customers.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate with customers to schedule service appointments, provide updates on technician arrival times, and address any concerns or inquiries.
Route Optimization:
Plan and optimize technician routes to minimize travel time and fuel costs, ensuring timely service delivery.
Data Entry:
Accurately record and maintain service request information, schedules, and service status in our database.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to emergency service requests and coordinate the immediate dispatch of technicians to critical situations.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with service technicians, management, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Problem Solving:
Resolve scheduling conflicts, customer complaints, and other service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, seeking opportunities for improvement. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus). Proven experience in a service dispatch or customer service role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfort in working in extremely face paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using dispatch software and office productivity tools. Familiarity with geographical mapping and routing tools. Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
