Dispatcher - EMT Certification Required

Manager of Operations Essential Functions:

The primary role of the Dispatcher is to manage the customer experience and work with Priority Care Ambulance to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner and that our customers are satisfied and to dispatch Ambulances. The role will also include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention .

Experience:

The experience requirement will be for the role of Dispatcher, but all employees are expected to have basic computer knowledge and experience with Goggle programs (Goggle Docs, Google sheets etc.) NC Emergency Medical Certification Required (EMT)
