Job Description
Overview:
Provides advanced and diversified administrative support to executive leadership in managing office operations. Routinely handles confidential, sensitive, and timely information exercising discretion. Independently prepares meeting agendas, memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, site arrangements including off-site conference room contracts and logistics and performs a variety of non-routine assignments. Coordinates busy and shifting office calendars including coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and conferences. Attends meetings to record, prepare, and distribute minutes and reports. Monitors RSVPs for Governance Committee quorum. Screens and prioritizes incoming visitors, correspondence and telephone calls. Ensures efficient and organized office operations and maintains files and records. Coordinates business travel and tracks expenses. Supports Governance of SAHA including the Board, Executive Committee, and Finance Committee. Supports financial operations of the company including coordination with Executives and WakeMed Financial Management Team, Board chair, auditors, bank, etc. Handles SAHA communications including working with website host i4A, SharePoint site, communications to Members, and communications specialist consultant vendor. Interacts with Member health systems in regard to meetings, dues invoices, record keeping, and supplying information on SAHA services. Occasional driving to member meetings, bank, post office, etc.Department Description:
