Job Description
Primary Responsibilities Coordinate the shipping and receiving of Downhole tools and related products. Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records. Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment. Support HSE and quality initiatives through inspections, documentation, and safe work practices. Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Perform all other duties as assigned.. Job Duties Load and unload pallets and Downhole tools from trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes. Review and document internal and external customer orders. Communicate order information in person, by phone, and through NOV applications (TRM). Prepare shipping documentation for outgoing NOV products. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Record and track tools associated with failure reports. Ship, receive, and maintain records for Downhole product repairs. Perform quality control inspections on incoming parts. Assist with HSE inspections and required documentation. Participate in action plans for new projects as directed by management. Adhere to all HSE and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. Work the schedule assigned by management, including participation in an on-call weekend rotation. Lift up to 50 pounds as required. Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Forklift and overhead crane certification preferred; training will be provided if necessary. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
