Job Description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities? We're seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep our projects, field teams, and office operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for technician scheduling, project support, and administrative operations while collaborating with project managers, field staff, and clients. What You'll Do Dispatching & Scheduling (50%) Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch field technicians Adjust schedules to meet project deadlines and client needs Optimize resource allocation and staffing needs Project Support (30%) Support project documentation, reporting, and change order tracking Assist project managers with administrative and operational needs Help maintain accurate project records and workflows Office Operations (20%) Support day-to-day office operations Coordinate vendors, purchase orders, and onboarding activities Assist with fleet registration and vehicle inspections Support office events, asset tracking, and compliance initiatives What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or resource coordination Experience with project management or resource planning software Why Join Us?
