In this role, you'll be the go-to expert when equipment issues arise on the road, helping troubleshoot problems, coordinate repairs, and communicate updates across departments. Multiple Schedules Available:
Enjoy a consistent 4-day workweek with 3-days off to recharge. Work 2-days in office and 2-days from home.
Available Shifts:
Wednesday-Saturday:
7am-5:30pm
Monday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday:
9am-7:30pm
Wednesday-Saturday:
8pm-6:30am
Role and Responsibilities:
Support drivers remotely with equipment breakdowns and technical issues Troubleshoot and triage to minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary repairs Review repair history to spot trends and improve future decisions Coordinate safe removal of equipment from the road when needed Identify the best repair locations based on breakdown details Communicate breakdown updates across departments to keep deliveries on track Approve repairs, manage vendor authorizations, and track repair status Arrange lodging for drivers when necessary Maintain accurate records and follow instructions reliably Show up consistently and contribute to a collaborative team
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work in complex, unstructured situations requiring independent judgment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Use of multiple computer systems and screens
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
