Job Summary Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
Service Dispatcher Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling and dispatching field service technicians Schedule service repairs and maintenance Dispatch field service technicians Process paperwork, quotes and time sheets Receive incoming service requests from customers and other company employees. May assist in processing service quotes, communicating quote information to customers, and follow up with customers to schedule quoted repairs. Enter customer information and special service request information into system. Assist with processing paperwork for completed service. Prepare reports as requested. Manage Work In Progress Review Technician Work in Progress report on a daily basis to ensure open repairs are being completed in a timely manner. Ensure timely completion of all planned maintenance service.
Service Dispatcher Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit 6 hours, stand 1 hour, walk 1 hour Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs Possible exposure to dust and noise pollution.
Service Dispatcher Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Great communication, amazing organization skills, Computer and math skills are required for this position. Must be familiar with the Aurora/Denver service territory.
