Duties Answer calls in a professional and friendly manner. Prioritize and dispatch calls efficiently, including emergency and law enforcement calls. Accurately write up calls using Towbooks. Provide customers with pricing and estimated timeline of service. Collect/coordinate payment for towing services. Assist walk in customers with impounded vehicles. Experience Dispatch/Logistics experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Basic computer skills. Knowledgeable in vehicle makes/models. Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask. Weekend availability is a plus! Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Overtime Weekly pay on
