POSITION SUMMARY

The Dispatch/Operations Assistant is responsible for managing google docs and managing transactions efficiently and timely.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage google docs sheet to keep updated with all pending transactions. Enter all transactions as directed from email into third part software. Manage all details relative to dimensions and weight. Validate Customer PO's and reference numbers. Additional duties may be required from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and outstanding oral, written and interpersonal skills Professional and resourceful style; high integrity and sound judgement Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to working independently Must be reliable Experience using Google docs/Microsoft Suite

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to sit for long periods of time Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate in person and over the phone
