Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Dispatcher to join our team. This position combines dispatching responsibilities with front desk and customer service duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with guests, handling payments, answering phones, coordinating operations, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams and individuals Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant tools •
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in guests and visitors.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries. Schedule and dispatch personnel, vehicles, or services as needed. Process payments and issue receipts. Maintain accurate reservation, guest, and dispatch records. Coordinate communications between guests, staff, and management. Monitor daily schedules and operational activities. Assist guests with questions, directions, and general information. Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliations. Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment. Report operational issues, incidents, or guest concerns to management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required
