The Cheshire Fair runs annually the first weekend of August, from Thursday - Sunday. Dispatch is required all day from 8:00am to 10:00pm. About the

Role:

Receive and respond to all emergency and non-emergency calls. Communicate with the security team and the board of directors to dispatch appropriate responses to the calls. Manage records and maintain all communication channels. Candidates should possess excellent communication and computer skills, should be organized and able to adapt to many different situations.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and prioritizing incoming calls Dispatching the appropriate resources to handle calls Documenting all calls and information relevant to the calls Coordinating the field officers and maintaining communication Problem Solving Enforcing Town/State/Federal laws and ordinances Must complete FTO Training, including learning administrative policies and procedures, as well as familiarizing yourself with the ground layout.
