Now Hiring a Lead Behavioral Health Technician for our Detox and Residential treatment facility in Dublin, NH. This is an evening position; 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm with one weekend day a month. What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.) Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
