This position will assist the Operations Manager at the site operation and will be responsible for dispatching and responding to client and customer requests. Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but not limited to the following Dispatch daily routes Assist in organizing and managing the work of staff and Independent Contractors to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. Assist the Customer Service Team in investigations and resolutions to customer or shipper complaints. Collaborate with other the Operations Manager, and staff members and client to achieve goals, and objectives. Qualifications:

Demonstrated problem-solving, excellent verbal, written, communication skills and excellent listening skills. Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects while effectively communicating in a professional manner with all levels. Must possess both a strong personality and a desire to help. Must have extensive experience of dispatch with a good demographic knowledge of the tri-state area Must have excellent Customer Service skills Must be computer proficient and comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook and willing to learn our software.
