Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation services for clients, scheduling trips, and ensuring timely arrivals and departures. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to jump on the road and pick up patients if needed.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation services for clients, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles
- Communicate with drivers to provide trip details and directions
- Monitor vehicle locations and ensure on-time arrivals and departures
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, caregivers, and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate records of trip schedules, client information, and driver assignments
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or delays in service
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy .
Requirements:
. Drivers license .MAVO Certifications . Clean background check and driving record.- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer software and GPS systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
