Schedule 1st shift: 7AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday Plus overtime Pay Rate $24 / hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced B2B Dispatch Lead to coordinate daily dispatch and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and computer skills, leadership abilities, and experience with inventory control.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee daily B2B dispatch and shipping activities. Monitor orders and ensure accurate and timely shipments. Run operational reports and communicate updates to upper management. Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate records. Train and support team members as needed. Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational issues. Maintain accurate documentation and data within company systems. Work effectively under pressure while meeting daily deadlines. Ensure established procedures and operational standards are followed. Job Requirements MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish Previous dispatch, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations experience. Inventory control experience strongly preferred. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer proficiency and ability to work with operational reports. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Leadership experience and ability to train employees. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
