This position plays a key role in maintaining safety, service quality, and efficiency while managing the task dashboard and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the live dashboard continuously to ensure all incoming tasks are seen, acknowledged, and moving—nothing should sit unassigned. Communicate proactively with workers and advisors to clarify requests, update statuses, and resolve issues quickly. Enforce workflow compliance (e.g., damage inspections, photo requirements, safety steps) tied to each action. Adjust and reassign tasks dynamically as conditions change (rush periods, callouts, unexpected volume). Review completed tasks for accuracy and accountability, ensuring proper closeout and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
Why Join Us:
Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. Supportive leadership and training programs. Work with a team that values safety, service, and operational excellence. Opportunities for advancement within the company.
