Job Description

Overview Blueline Transportation is a fast-growing non-emergency transportation company dedicated to providing safe, reliable service to our members. We're looking for a responsible, bilingual (English/Spanish) dispatcher to join our team and help manage daily operations.
Position Summary:
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation services, handling incoming calls, managing drivers, and ensuring routes run smoothly throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to calls from members, facilities, and drivers Dispatch and monitor drivers throughout the day Create, adjust, and manage routes to ensure on-time performance Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish Handle trip updates, cancellations, and same-day changes Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation Assist with daily operational needs and problem-solving
Qualifications:
Bilingual:
English & Spanish Dispatching or transportation experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (email, scheduling software, etc.) Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
