Job Summary Overnight DispatcherTriCare Medical Transportation is seeking a dependable and motivated Overnight Dispatcher to support our MAV (Mobility Assistance Vehicle) and BLS (Basic Life Support) operations.

TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey's premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. TriCare is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation services, committed to helping individuals with mobility challenges get to and from medical appointments safely and on time.

What You'll DoThis role plays an important part in ensuring patients are transported safely and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Dispatch and coordinate MAV and BLS units for scheduled and on-demand transportsMonitor trips and adjust assignments as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time performanceCommunicate with drivers, healthcare facilities, and internal teamsAccurately document trip updates and communications in CAD systemsAssist with resolving delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational issuesSupport overnight operations with professionalism and attention to detailWhat You'll NeedPrevious dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferredAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced settingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable making decisions and adapting to changing situationsFamiliarity with CAD or dispatch systems is a plusKnowledge of medical transport terminology (MAV, BLS, etc.) is helpful but not requiredClean background checkNegative drug screeningScheduleOvernight shift: 6:00 PM6:00 AM Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Consistent, full-time hoursPerksCompetitive compensation $20.00HR - $24.00hr based on experienceBenefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance) Health Benefits starting at $10.00 weeklyPaid time off (PTO)401(k) after 6 months of serviceOpportunities for growth and advancement$5000
