Entry Level Emergency Dispatcher: Evening Shift

Our team plays a vital role in supporting millions of people with 24/7 monitoring. We are looking for individuals to become part of our committed Personal Emergency Response Services (PERS) team. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by delivering crucial help during emergencies, as well as offering care and support when testing their devices.

Hours:

• Full-time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week) 4pm-12am

Compensation Details:

• Weekly pay, starting at $18.50 /hr Pay increase to $19.00 after reaching level 5 dispatcher Pay increase to $19.75 after reaching level 6 dispatcher

Qualifications:

No prior experience required High School Diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency Attention to detail and ability to multitask background check and drug screening Genuine desire to help others Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors

Your Key Responsibilities:
