Duties Coordinate daily scheduling of plumbing technicians using vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems Manage multi-line phone systems to handle customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and emergency dispatches with professionalism and courtesy Utilize GPS and GIS tools to optimize route planning, ensuring efficient travel times and resource allocation Maintain accurate data entry for service requests, dispatch logs, and customer information in internal databases Communicate effectively with field technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal teams through phone calls and internal communication platforms Experience Proven experience in dispatching within road transportation operations or logistics environments Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms Strong knowledge of fleet management, vehicle dispatch software, and supply chain logistics Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in high-pressure situations Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes Ability to analyze routing data using GPS/GIS tools for optimal transportation planningJoin us as a Plumbing Dispatcher where your proactive approach, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills will help us deliver outstanding service while maintaining efficient operations.
